  • Enjoy a 45min experience that combines gentle, all-level yoga with plenty of puppy love, cuddles, and photo-worthy moments.

    What’s Included in Your Ticket:
    🧘‍♀️ A one-hour Puppy Yoga experience blending mindful movement and playful puppy time led by Paulette Vasconcellos, co-owner of Beyond The Mat.
    🐶 The chance to connect with adoptable pups from Promise 4 Paws. Adoption event starts at 11am.

    Helpful Info:
    👉 Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, and getting settled
    👉 Out of respect for the group, late arrivals may not be accommodated

  • Can I bring my own dog ?
    No, you can’t bring your own dog. The puppies for our sessions come from Promise4Paws.

    What should I bring?
    Bring your yoga mat, water, and anything you might need for being outdoors—sunscreen, hat, or sunglasses are all great options.

    Thinking about adopting? Be sure to bring your photo ID for the 12:00 AM adoption event with Promise 4 Paws. 🐶💛


    What’s the cancellation or refund policy for this event?
    This special event is non-refundable. Due to limited space and our commitment to supporting Promise 4 Paws, we’re unable to offer credits for cancellations or no-shows. Thank you for understanding and for being part of something meaningful! 🐾💛
